The tour package includes pick up and drop from Cochin Airport/Railway Station/Bus Station, accommodation in a double/twin room, breakfast at hotels, all transfers and sightseeing by a private A/C vehicle, and an English/Hindi/Tamil speaking driver. It also covers driver’s bata, toll, parking, road tax, fuel charges, and all applicable taxes.

The package excludes air/bus/rail fare, guide charges, boating charges, entrance fees for any sightseeing, meals not mentioned in the package inclusions, visits to destinations not mentioned in the itinerary, personal expenses like laundry, room service, and supplementary costs for festival periods or peak seasons. Gala dinners on 24th Dec (Christmas) or 31st Dec (New Year’s Eve) are also not included and will be extra at actual cost.

Certainly. The payment policy is as follows:

• 35% of the tour cost is required as an initial booking amount.
• 75% of the tour cost is required 15 days before the departure date.
• 100% of the tour cost is required 3 days before the departure date.
• If flights are included, 100% of the flight cost must be paid at the time of booking.
• When paying by credit/debit card, a 2.5% bank charge is applicable over and above the total amount.

Here are some general terms and conditions:

• Breakfast starts from the second day of the itinerary.
• Rooms in hill stations like Munnar, Thekkady, Coorg, Wayanad, Ooty, and Kodaikanal will be non-A/C.
• Standard hotel check-in timings are between 12:00 – 15:00 hours, and check-out timings are between 10:00 – 12:00 hours.
• Early check-in or late checkout at the hotel is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
• Vehicles are available for use between 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM for sightseeing and journeys.
• Houseboat check-in is at 12:00 noon, and checkout is at 09:00 AM. A/C deluxe or super deluxe houseboats have A/C operating from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM.
• Premium Houseboat A/C operates full-time and is fully glass-covered.
• Periyar wildlife boating tickets can be booked online.
• The tour operator is not responsible for expenses due to flight delay/cancellation, bad weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, or local political conditions.
• Rates are subject to change if there is an increase in the fuel surcharge or any taxes levied by the government or statutory bodies.

If preponed or postponed the service date is made on or before 5 days free of Cost, if the Selected date is on Blackout dates then the cost for the desired date of the service is to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period.

1. From 09 days up to 07 days before service, 0 % of the total cost will be deducted 
2. From 07 days up to 04 Days before service, 50 % of the total cost will be deducted 
3. Between 04 Days to the day of service starts 100 % of the total cost will be deducted
4. In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total cost will be deducted
